Our Team
From the staff in our Control Room through to our technicians attending a call-out, we are totally commited to providing the highest quality of service. All staff are trained to the highest standards and take refresher courses as and when necessary, making sure everyone is kept up to date with all aspects of their role within Wakefield Autos.
We train our staff to the latest standards which includes PAS 43 ISO 9001 2000, Highways Agency Sector 17 and our own internal workshops such as Customer Care etc. We use a mixture of both internal and external trainers.
As a family company we strive to provide a friendly and personal service and place high importance on building excellent relationships within our team and with customers. We constantly review and improve our services as the needs of our customers change constantly.
