Morning Wakefield Auto’s.
It’s so frustrating when a nearly new car fails and becomes a ‘brick’ on your driveway.
However, recovery to the Dealership was clearly in the hands of professionals when Wakefield Autos turned up.
The careful manoeuvring of the vehicle, use of the sliding bed and rollers for the rear wheels prevented any dragging damage to my driveway and drain covers.

My partner and I would like to express our sincere thanks for the excellent service we received from you on Tuesday evening last week. The car we had hired from Enterprise Car Rental suffered a puncture on a quiet lane near Woodhall Spa just before dusk. The recovery was referred to you. We were very impressed with the way the breakdown was handled and the speed you were able to get to us. We would like to commend you on the regular communication by telephone from your office updating us on progress. Especially, we would like to thank the young man who attended us at the roadside. He was friendly, polite and very efficient. Working in the dark, he lifted the car onto the trailer and towed us the few miles to our accommodation. He explained clearly what he needed to do, and what we should to the following day to get the tyre changed. I regret that I didn't take his name, or the name of the man who I spoke to several times on the telephone. Many thanks again. Andrew

Dear Phil,

Parcel delivered today with most of our belongings (I know that 2 dog beds are with the insurer's recovery yard, so no worries).

Really star performance from you and your colleagues. Our things were well taken care off and securely wrapped and boxed up.

As said before, you really "delivered" and we cannot thank you enough for assisting that our belongings were sent smoothly to us.

I've never used these guys before but I found them very obliging. From office staff right through to driver everyone was very helpfull .thanks very much for getting me back to Scunthorpe safely .Hope to not break down again but if I do you will be top of my list. Thanks Phill Townend

Just wanted to drop a quick note to say thanks. I had a flat battery and called for recovery via my building society benefits line and it was yourselves appointed in the area. I got regular and cheerful updates from your staff and the operative who attended was efficient and extremely friendly. It was really helpful that you had a battery on board to replaced mine with, and at a reasonable cost. Thanks to all.
