I would wish to show my appreciation regarding the service that we had on the 28th of May. We are with Swift Cover and were apprehensive as to how good they would be because they are not the most well known and expensive. However the service that your employees gave us was extremely special. We were dealt with quickly and both guys that we met were in such good spirits. I am very annoyed that I didn't have the names of people that helped us, as I would really love to pass on our gratitude. The man that checked the car, was friendly and looked as though he had deep interest in helping us to get back home safe or on the road. We didn't then have to wait long until our lift home. The man that drove us home, greeted us with a great smile and was ver conscientious towards us. He offered to roll the window up if we got too cold, respected that we didn't wanted to hold much conversation because we were tired and would turn the radio down when we were on the phone. It's little things like this that makes a service. I know you probably don't have much time but if you could pass on my thanks that would be great. It was around 5 and we came back to Norwich. My registration number is XXXXX - so you can maybe track down who was there for us when it was a worrying time. Please continue to give outstanding service. I can only hope if we ever breakdown, that we are around your way to ensure we get such a good quality of service. Thank you, once again.

I just wanted to thank you for rescuing me and my Subaru (18:00 on Tues 15th May) from Walcott, so promptly as well. Your driver Andy, was one of the most curteous and uplifting people I've met in a long time. At a time when you're not feeling on top of the world, to be rescued by someone with such a positive attitude, made the experience way more bearable. He's a great ambassador for your business. I would just like to send my appreciation to one of your operatives who was proffesional and very much appreciated who came to rescue me late on the 4th of may all I know is his name was Andy... He ensured my 5 & 16 year old son were in the warmth of his cab before recovering my LDV Convoy from Partney to Ingoldmells after I broke down. I`d rang my breakdown provider Direct line in a panic not knowing exactly where I was or what the exact problem was. He came was so calming & friendly. So thanks for having such great friendly staff A great big thanks to him again even though a little late sending this message I much appreciate the service I recieved and praise where praise where praise is due THANKYOU
