Last Tuesday, 28th August, I managed to clip a kerbstone by the bridge over Head Dike on the B1359. Unfortunately the kerb stone was badly damaged and its jagged edge ripped through my passenger side tyres and did not do the alloys a great deal of good either. Seeing as the car was only a few months old I was 'not a happy bunny' and was feeling really down and depressed. Your company was contacted through my roadside assistance package and Andy Nicholls took me and the car to the BMW garage in Boston. I am writing to say how impressed I was with him; he went about his work very calmly and efficiently. He wasn't able to make my car better but his friendly attitude and cheerful nature were a great help to me at the time and made me feel less suicidal! I enjoyed his company and he succeeded in calming me down and managed to cheer me up.

A very big thankyou to David who picked us up on sunday after the crankshaft pulley fell out of our vectra engine the day we were due to come home!! He did a marvellous job especially with our little gremlins!(children) screaming in the back thanks very much from all of us.

I would wish to show my appreciation regarding the service that we had on the 28th of May. We are with Swift Cover and were apprehensive as to how good they would be because they are not the most well known and expensive. However the service that your employees gave us was extremely special. We were dealt with quickly and both guys that we met were in such good spirits. I am very annoyed that I didn't have the names of people that helped us, as I would really love to pass on our gratitude. The man that checked the car, was friendly and looked as though he had deep interest in helping us to get back home safe or on the road. We didn't then have to wait long until our lift home. The man that drove us home, greeted us with a great smile and was ver conscientious towards us. He offered to roll the window up if we got too cold, respected that we didn't wanted to hold much conversation because we were tired and would turn the radio down when we were on the phone. It's little things like this that makes a service. I know you probably don't have much time but if you could pass on my thanks that would be great. It was around 5 and we came back to Norwich. My registration number is XXXXX - so you can maybe track down who was there for us when it was a worrying time. Please continue to give outstanding service. I can only hope if we ever breakdown, that we are around your way to ensure we get such a good quality of service. Thank you, once again.
