I am emailing you to congratulate your service Wakefield Autos. On Friday 2nd March 2018 I had skidded on the ice/snow and my vehicle was in the dyke in Algarkirk. Your quick response breakdown was absolutely brilliant.

The gentleman Tom who came to my rescue was fantastic. Tom reassured me and put myself at ease with his calm and polite manner.

You should be very proud of employing this gentleman he is a credit to your service.

I cannot praise highly enough the service I received during my breakdown last night. In order to get home I needed the use of a flatbed transporter. The gentleman who came was very considerate and professional (unfortunately I didn't get his name) and delivered me and the car to Long Sutton in the early hours of Tuesday morning. Customers are quick to complain but praise where praise is due. Thank you.

Sincere thanks to Kevin of Wakefield Autos who was sent to my home by Britannia Rescue to recover my car to Read Hyundai in Grimsby for a complete brake light failure. Instead of having to recover the car he found the brake light switch was sticking, freed it off, lubricated it, tested it thoroughly and passed it safe to drive. Now I can make an appointment to have the switch replaced at my convenience and drive it there myself. What a great result! Thank you very much Kevin. Nice job! And thank you to Britannia, too. What a super service!

I broke down in Skegness 16.6.17 in my classic car, rang the insurance company who sent Wakefields Autos to assist, they turned up promptly and found that the battery was flat and not charging, suggested a recovery truck which arrived within no time, a huge thanks to the driver Kevin who made sure the car was carefully loaded on the truck and gave us a hand to get it in the garage at home. Superb service Thank You.
